Dial up Number

Pacnet's national dial up number is to be used for all dial up Internet connections. This single number allows you to connect to the Internet anywhere in Australia, for the cost of a local call.

National Dial-up Number: 0198 331 333

To use the national local call number, all Zip, Zeta and Hub customers must enter their full email address to log on.

Pacnet DSL customers can use the national dial up number for dial-up Internet access but please note a $2 per hour charge applies for Express DSL csutomers. Your full username@dsl.pacific.net.au must be entered to log on to use the ADSL dial up back-up service.
