All new Pacific Internet Partners complete an induction and training program before they are classified to a Program tier. This ensures that all customers experience consistent, high quality expertise when choosing a Pacific Internet based solution.
Classifying a Partner by their areas of expertise, strategic direction and revenue contribution, helps us administer a program that targets the varying needs of different businesses.
Quarterly, the Pacific Internet team evaluates each Partner and assigns a tiering classification. This determines the range of services the Partner is entitled to, as well as the generous and competitive commission structure and bonuses available.
Phoenix Partners
Phoenix Partners have successfully completed basic induction training and sell a range of Pacific Internet connectivity and value-added products. They are managed by a national team of phone-based expert consultants.
Representing honesty and loyalty, the Phoenix brings good fortune.
Tiger Partners
The majority of Pacific Internet’s Partners fall into this category. It represents the middle tier of the Partner Program and enjoys a high commission level, dedicated local Partner Manager support, and access to strategic planning workshops and assistance.
Considered the Asian king of animals, the Tiger is associated with power and strength.
Dragon Partners
This is the top tier level of the Pacific Internet Partner Program. Dragon Partners benefit from the full range of Pacific Internet services and support, including pre-sales expertise, project management assistance and high-value strategic input.
Symbolising power, boldness and perseverance, the Dragon brings good fortune and prosperity.
