An annual non refundable membership fee of $99 excluding GST applies. This amount will be charged to your invoice following receipt and processing of your application. The annual membership fee will be automatically charged to your account whilst you remain a customer of Pacific Internet and a member of the Rewards Program.

 

If you spend less than or equal to $500 on selected calls in a month, you will earn 15% of your voice charges as Pacnet Reward Dollars. If you spend more than $500 you will receive a massive 25% of your charges as Pacnet Reward Dollars. Selected calls are local calls, long distance calls (national and international) and calls to mobiles. Our billing system will automatically apply the correct Pacnet Rewards Program percentages to your charges. Reward Dollars are calculated on call charge amounts excluding GST.

 

Pacnet Reward Dollars are valid for a period of three years from the date of issue, providing you remain a customer of Pacific Internet and a member of the Pacnet Rewards Program. If your agreement with Pacific Internet is terminated by you, or you terminate your membership with the Pacnet Rewards Program, you have 90 days from the termination date to redeem your Pacnet Reward Dollars. After this time, your Pacnet Reward Dollars expire.

If your agreement with Pacific Internet or your membership with the Pacnet Rewards Program is terminated by Pacific Internet, or if you are in breach of any term or condition of that agreement or these terms and conditions, or if any monies payable by you to Pacnet Rewards or Pacific Internet remain unpaid after 60 days from the due date, Pacific Internet reserves the right to immediately suspend your membership and cancel your accrued Pacnet Reward Dollars.

 

While Pacnet Reward Dollars cannot be redeemed for cash, each one has a value equivalent to A$1. The exception to this is when your Pacnet Reward Dollars are redeemed for travel: 100 Pacnet Reward Dollars will cover $75 of travel expenses.

 

You can start accessing and redeeming your Pacnet Reward Dollars when they appear as available Pacnet Reward Dollars on your monthly Rewards summary, which forms part of your regular invoice.

You should browse through our online catalogue as it is the largest and most up-to-date version of our Rewards catalogue. Once you have selected your redemption items, simply complete a Pacnet Rewards redemption form and fax to 1300 555 076 or mail to us.

 

You need to complete a Pacnet Rewards Invoice Redemption Form and return it to us at least three business days prior to the issuing of your next invoice. Pacnet Reward Dollars cannot be used against your current invoice.

 

You need to book your own travel arrangements and attach an invoice from your travel agent to our Travel Redemption Form and return it to us. We will organise payment directly to your travel agent.
