Any Pacific Internet customer subscribed to an hourly dial-up plans qualifies for Time Plus, so you never lose hours you haven't used and you get full value for every hour that you pay for.
Example: for a customer subscribed to the Pacnet Hourly 10 plan (10 hours per month).
