Improvements to your Pacific Internet invoice
Based upon customer feedback, Pacnet is pleased to announce enhancements to our invoice. The additional functionality and improvements include:
| - Easy to read breakdown summary of service usage |
| - Changes to the way in which we show GST |
| - A graph to give you a quick view comparison of your historic account charges |
| - Voice customers will receive more detailed information on service usage |
| - Where possible we’ve reduced the size of the text so as to reduce the number of pages that make up your bill |
